Being a farmer naturally reckon I can do it better meself haha 😅, but after trying to source jig heads and solid quality assists it was getting out of hand for what should be a cost effective rig. I tried a few other brands offering similar products.
First one that seems to be their bread and butter was so disappointing: the assit cord literally breaks after one or two drops, often left with a single hook from the gang of 3, the paint chips of straight away, the plastic eye falls of immediately (yea not important but still speaks to the "quality" for the price of them). The second one is so expensive and have weirdly big clumsy hooks on them for the size of the jig, hard to get into a nice strip bait without making a mess of it.
We get some decent tides here of Dampier (+-4m on springs) so the demersal bite window sometimes as little as 20-30mins when it's really on. I don't have time to piss around with gear that needs to be swapped out, breaking, etc. The meatheads just LAST, they take a punishing and still good to go each time through a hot session. They get down quick in the 50m zones I fish and bugger me the hooks are still sharp as after multiple demersals. Just good price and good reliable gear.
